Manage Pint House’s day-to-day social media and marketing presence. Create and publish Instagram posts and Stories, capture photo and video content, organize weekly media uploads, coordinate monthly email campaigns, maintain website accuracy, refresh in-venue marketing materials, and submit design requests. Collaborate with venue management and the hospitality marketing team on campaigns, events, promotions, and timely venue content.

Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest service. Manage daily floor operations, reservations, training, scheduling, labor control, and health/safety compliance while supporting team development and cross-functional coordination with kitchen and bar leadership.

Lead integrated marketing for the Park Street Complex (AC Hotel and restaurant concepts). Manage brand compliance, social media, email campaigns, local partnerships, content production, and performance reporting. Drive leisure travel and local dining demand through strategy, creative direction, and analytics while collaborating with hotel and restaurant teams to execute activations and optimize results.
