Provide patient-centered nursing care in a rural clinic: assess, treat, medicate, document, educate patients and families, collaborate with care teams, drive quality improvement, and engage the community.

Provides patient-centered primary care by assessing patients, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care with providers, educating patients and families, documenting clinical information, supporting follow-up, and participating in quality improvement. The role requires an active RN license and offers a full-time weekday schedule without nights or weekends.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and leave coordination, workplace accommodations, personnel administration, employee documentation, training assistance, reporting, reimbursements, performance evaluations, and workers’ compensation activities. Builds positive relationships with employees, supervisors, and teammates while maintaining required HR records and tracking employee-related functions.
