Leads enterprise HR strategy across a multi-site, multi-state physician organization. Oversees recruiting, retention, leadership development, compensation, performance management, engagement, culture, employee experience, HR infrastructure, and acquisition integration while partnering with executive, operations, and finance leaders.

Oversee daily office operations, workflows, clerical staff, documentation, scheduling, supplies, and quality standards. Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate team members while resolving workflow challenges and coordinating with other departments. The role supports an efficient, collaborative, and patient-focused healthcare environment.

Provides direct patient care in a gastroenterology clinic, including recording vital signs, collecting specimens, documenting health histories, assisting physicians, managing prescriptions and referrals, communicating test results, and coordinating appointments and procedures. Requires an active LPN license, prior LPN experience, BLS certification, and knowledge of medical terminology and human physiology.

Provides preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthesia care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures at an ambulatory surgery center. Responsibilities include anesthesia assessment and administration, airway and IV management, patient monitoring, medication reconciliation, documentation, recovery handoffs, complication management, equipment safety, and participation in quality improvement activities.

Supervise daily office operations, clerical staff, workflows, scheduling, documentation, supplies, and equipment. Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate team members while ensuring quality standards and efficient service. Identify workflow issues, implement solutions, and coordinate with other departments to support a collaborative, professional, patient-focused healthcare environment.

Lead and manage treasury and liquidity across a multi-state healthcare platform: daily cash management, weekly and long-term cash forecasting, debt administration, banking relationships, working capital optimization, treasury reporting, controls, and acquisition integration support for CFO/SVP of Finance.
