Lead and manage treasury and liquidity across a multi-state healthcare platform: daily cash management, weekly and long-term cash forecasting, debt administration, banking relationships, working capital optimization, treasury reporting, controls, and acquisition integration support for CFO/SVP of Finance.

Coordinate safety, quality, compliance, and administrative initiatives across ambulatory surgery centers and clinics. Serve as Safety Officer, lead safety and QAPI meetings, maintain policies and training, monitor compliance, investigate incidents and transfers, facilitate peer review, support infection prevention, manage feedback inbox and patient portal issues, and provide administrative support for CME, recalls, and quality improvement projects.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze data and KPIs, develop reporting and dashboards, model data using Snowflake/Tableau/Zuar, support project delivery, and recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Receive and triage external physician referrals, schedule clinic appointments, communicate with referring offices and patients, coordinate urgent slots with clinic staff, and ensure patients are assigned to the appropriate provider.

Lead revenue and financial analysis for a multi-site physician practice platform. Own revenue recognition models, build forecasting and scenario models, prepare executive dashboards, and translate financial data into strategic recommendations. Partner with Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and clinical leaders to improve predictability, performance, and reporting. Support Adaptive Planning, month-end analytics, reconciliations, and standardization of FP&A processes.
