Supervises talent development staff and designs, delivers, and evaluates learning, leadership, coaching, mentoring, and organizational development programs. Administers the LMS, manages reports and troubleshooting, creates executive-ready materials, supports succession and executive development, oversees education assistance, coordinates the Leadership Summit, and consults with leaders across the organization.

Supports construction and maintenance operations by reviewing project documentation, reconciling contractor invoices, processing accounting records, preparing reports, communicating with field and engineering teams, and assisting with financial forecasting. Uses multiple enterprise applications to verify data, document project completion, process invoices, track materials and compliance records, and prepare corrections and journal entries.

Provides operational and documentation support for capital construction projects and contractor invoice processing. Responsibilities include reconciling project records, reviewing completion reports and invoices, coding FERC accounts, preparing corrections and transfers, maintaining pipeline and compliance data, communicating with field and accounting teams, and supporting financial forecasting. The role uses multiple enterprise systems and requires relevant documentation, invoice review, reporting, communication, and office software experience.
