Provide systems analysis and project coordination for the NAL Library Support System. Develop project charters and schedules, track O&M activities, lead Agile meetings, maintain SharePoint and GitHub documentation, report status, coordinate requirements gathering and stakeholder signoffs, and support cloud migration and application refactoring efforts.

Provide Tier 2 functional helpdesk support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST financial systems: troubleshoot complex user issues, document resolutions, gather and document business requirements, support system enhancements and testing (system, regression, UAT), administer user security and vendor management, support G-Invoicing, create user documentation and training, monitor performance, and collaborate with customers, developers, and technical teams to improve federal financial management processes.

Provide backend API development and integration for the NAL Library Support System, maintain database-driven applications, apply AI to extract structured data from scientific publications, modernize legacy systems, implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensure accessibility compliance (Section 508/WCAG 2.x AA), containerize services with Docker, use Git/GitHub, and collaborate within Agile teams.
