Short-term Reading Specialist provides individualized and small-group reading interventions, assesses student progress, adapts instruction, maintains records, and collaborates with teachers, families, and administrators. Implements curriculum, coaches and models reading best practices, participates in meetings and extracurricular activities, and supports culturally responsive, community-focused education. Position ends mid-school year.
