Supports the Athletic Director in coordinating elementary and middle school athletics. Responsibilities include managing practice, game, and tournament schedules; arranging transportation; organizing equipment and inventory; maintaining team and staff records; supporting game-day operations; promoting inclusive participation and character development; and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires collaboration with Scholars, coaches, staff, families, and community partners, with availability for evenings, weekends, and outdoor activities during sports seasons.

Manage the school's front office, ensuring welcoming reception, secure visitor procedures, accurate daily attendance tracking in PowerSchool, and timely family communication. Provide scheduled executive support to the CAO, assist with enrollment and volunteer coordination, handle supply and basic financial processing, maintain confidential records, and audit attendance for compliance. Maintain organized front desk operations and collaborate with school leadership and families.
