Manage client data throughout enrollment and repayment, maintaining database accuracy and conducting departmental data analysis. Lead 3–4 data officers and temporary data-entry staff, train field officers, improve repayment processes, reconcile bank and client records, support audits, and maintain service-level standards. The role also involves team coordination, delegation, performance management, and operational process improvement.
