Customer-facing technical role leading discovery, demos, and end-to-end implementations. Configure checks, workflows, and integrations; collaborate with delivery and customer success to scope, deploy, and optimize AI-powered fund operations solutions.

Serve as the strategic partner for enterprise clients in investment management, owning account relationships, driving retention and expansion, coordinating onboarding and post-go-live delivery, aligning product roadmap with client needs, and delivering executive-level, data-driven insights using CRM tools to scale AI-first operations for fund administrators and asset managers.

Design, architect, and implement responsive, accessible, component-driven frontends (primarily React or Angular). Collaborate with design and backend teams to scale and govern a design system, integrate APIs, and ensure performant state management and UX quality.
