Support design, testing, certification, and production transfer of rotorcraft lift electromechanical assemblies. Manage project schedules/resources, perform mechanical/electrical design (CAD, wiring/harnesses), author FAA/OEM-compliant documentation, facilitate qualification testing, and ensure transition to sustained manufacturing.

Operate manual and CNC machines to produce precision aerospace parts per drawings; set up and run vertical milling, load/unload parts, measure for dimensional accuracy, perform routine machine support, and assemble subcomponents while following safety and quality processes.
