Develop and operate Java 21+ microservices using Spring Boot, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, relational databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure. Modernize legacy monoliths, build automated tests, contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation, monitor production systems, and support incident response. Use Claude Code and other AI coding agents throughout development while evaluating generated code for security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and coverage. Own service architecture and evolution while collaborating with product, platform, security, QA, and business teams.

The AI Solutions Senior Specialist identifies repetitive business processes and legacy problems, maps workflows, and designs LLM-powered automations and AI agents using approved low-code platforms. Responsibilities include piloting and testing solutions, measuring productivity and quality improvements, documenting reusable patterns and governance standards, training employees, supporting adoption, and managing an AI automation backlog. The role partners with business and technical teams and rotates across functions after stabilizing use cases.

Perform financial reconciliations across bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts; identify and resolve discrepancies; maintain accurate transaction records; support financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and audits; collaborate with finance and other departments; and identify opportunities to automate reconciliation processes.
