Designs and implements AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations for business functions. Responsibilities include mapping processes, identifying repetitive work, configuring approved platforms, piloting solutions, testing edge cases, measuring productivity and quality gains, documenting reusable patterns, training employees, supporting adoption, and managing an AI automation backlog. The role partners with business and technical teams to determine appropriate automation approaches and identify when engineering, security, or production support is needed.

Builds enterprise sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, phone calls, events, and lead nurturing. Tailors payment solutions to multiple buying personas, maintains CRM data, develops value propositions, collaborates with marketing and sales teams, and transitions qualified prospects to sales executives.

Supports payment fraud prevention through system monitoring, fraud trend research, false-positive analysis, quality checks, and strategy evaluation. Helps develop risk-based fraud controls and improve customer experience. Identifies automation opportunities and assists with Power Automate, VBA, and basic scripting projects to reduce manual work, streamline operations, and improve data usage and team efficiency.
