Build and operate highly available, scalable cloud platforms and distributed security products. Responsibilities include production monitoring, incident troubleshooting, Linux and networking support, observability framework design, automation development, infrastructure management, and eliminating operational toil. The engineer will use AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, scripting, and programming while partnering with development teams to improve reliability, telemetry, security, and system resilience.

Develop and enhance cybersecurity platform features for threat detection, vulnerability management, and compliance automation. Collaborate with research, architecture, product management, and engineering teams to design scalable systems, build APIs, maintain secure architectures, improve quality processes, and troubleshoot production environments. The role involves Python development, asynchronous processing, relational databases, observability, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies.

Designs, develops, and executes automated software tests for cybersecurity platform features. Builds and maintains scalable test and build automation frameworks using Python and JavaScript, tests front-end and backend components, troubleshoots production issues, participates in code reviews, and improves software quality processes. Collaborates with engineering, product management, architecture, and cybersecurity research teams to deliver reliable, scalable products.
