Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and RCM roles: source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, support onboarding, maintain Paycom ATS, track hiring metrics, and partner with hiring managers and HR to meet staffing needs.

Manage software implementation and integration projects for an anesthesia management organization. Align projects to business goals, support software discovery, ensure HIPAA compliance and security, coordinate vendors and internal teams, oversee system integrations, and lead launch planning and training for clinicians and staff.

Lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management projects, driving planning, schedules, governance, risk mitigation, vendor oversight, cross-functional teams, and delivery against aggressive timelines while maintaining metrics and stakeholder accountability.

Lead end-to-end compliance and operations for the No Surprises Act and state surprise billing/arbitration pathways. Build and run NSA compliance program, maintain multi-state jurisdiction matrix, manage federal IDR and state arbitration execution, prevent missed deadlines, audit workflows, train stakeholders, and report performance and risk while partnering with legal, contracting, RCM, and analytics.
