Analyzes and resolves logistics and warehouse operational issues, coordinating between internal customer service teams and third-party logistics providers. Monitors warehouse responsiveness and KPIs, maintains performance documentation, uses Excel and reporting tools to identify trends, proposes process improvements, and supports continuous improvement projects. The role also owns issues through resolution and assists with operational solution implementation.

Manage day-to-day FTZ import/export operations, liaise with CBP and customs brokers, file entries and post-summary corrections, run FTZ audits, manage freight forwarders and vendors, and support compliance and logistics teams.

Field-facing sales role driving adoption of Omron fixed and mobile robotics across the Southeast. Responsibilities include territory growth, consultative solution selling, technical demonstrations, partner engagement, pilot/proof-of-concept management, CRM-driven opportunity management, market research, and collaboration with application engineers and product marketing to close robotics deals.
