Supports employees and leaders at an on-site manufacturing facility by administering HR policies, FMLA, benefits, onboarding, personnel records, and continuous improvement initiatives. Builds positive employee relationships, provides guidance on labor laws and HR practices, communicates benefits, and maintains confidential records while contributing to an engaged workplace culture.

Leads and develops an inside sales team through coaching, call reviews, performance management, recruiting support, onboarding, training, and accountability. Drives sales activity, CRM adoption, customer engagement, productivity, and process improvement while partnering with leadership on employee growth and advancement. The role is based in Barrington, Illinois, and includes a multi-step interview process.

Process and manage accounts payable activities, maintain accurate vendor records, ensure timely payments, and support accounting process improvements. The role requires knowledge of the accounts payable cycle and GAAP, strong organizational and documentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel, and the ability to manage large amounts of information accurately in an onsite corporate environment.
