Customer-facing senior advisor delivering intelligence analysis and recommendations for physical and cyber threats. Monitor news, geopolitical and maritime events, produce recurring and ad-hoc intelligence products, support emerging incidents, and drive adoption of the Omny Platform by identifying workflows, automating tasks, and translating customer needs into product improvements in collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Design, implement, and operate cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform and GitHub Actions. Build and maintain IaC modules, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance and reliability. Participate in incident response and collaborate with developers to support deployments. Contribute to documentation and recommend new tools and improvements.

Design and implement customer onboarding and integrations for the Omny cybersecurity platform. Build PoC and production connectors to source systems (firewalls, sensors, CMDBs, ERP, diagrams), ensure data quality and models, create reusable code and productized connectors, liaise between product and professional services, and help grow the solution architect team.
