Supports ASC 606 and ASC 842 implementation, internal controls, process improvements, inventory accounting, and vendor bill review. Reviews Staff Accountants’ work and collaborates across departments to improve accounting processes and meet reporting deadlines.

Manages railroad revenue operations from contract and rate programming through rating, invoicing, dispute resolution, data quality, and revenue recognition support. Audits billing and shipment data, resolves exceptions, supports collections and contract renewals, and maintains compliance with industry standards, AAR rules, and ASC 606. Builds dashboards, analyzes revenue and pricing performance, supports Sales and Operations, and recommends automation and process improvements.

Operates and improves cybersecurity tools, monitors and investigates alerts, supports incident response, vulnerability remediation, access control, security documentation, audits, and operational reporting. The role collaborates with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and auditors while maintaining security technologies across endpoints, identities, email, cloud, networks, and data. It also supports phishing response, security awareness, policy development, and occasional after-hours incident response.
