Serve as the centralized strategic partner for a portfolio of agency partners, driving retention, ROI growth, feature adoption, and performance improvements through reviews, audits, onboarding coordination, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.

Own and evolve the merchant-facing Forms product (builders, popups, renderers). Build scalable, high-performance frontend and backend systems, contribute to product and technical decisions, and implement AI-driven features to speed form creation and recommendations while ensuring reliability, accessibility, and great user experience.
