Serve as the centralized strategic partner for a portfolio of agency partners, driving retention, ROI growth, feature adoption, and performance improvements through reviews, audits, onboarding coordination, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment.

Paid, remote social media internship handling day-to-day profile management: scheduling and publishing posts, drafting content, creating simple visuals, monitoring communities, responding to basic comments, tracking post performance, and supporting senior team members. Minimum three-month commitment; no prior professional experience required.

Provide high-quality email and chat support to Omnisend customers, resolving issues, managing escalations, and owning specialized areas (billing, outages). Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, and Deliverability teams, contribute process improvements, mentor junior colleagues, and cover EET shifts including weekends.
