Manage and grow ecommerce customer accounts through onboarding, digital marketing strategy, campaign and automation guidance, dashboard reviews, troubleshooting, QBRs, renewals, and product feedback. The role provides proactive customer advice, supports merchants and partners, monitors business metrics, resolves issues, and helps clients achieve revenue goals using Omnisend and related marketing platforms.

Build and scale a self-service platform for engineering teams to manage datastores and cloud resources. Maintain observability using Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana Loki, and Grafana Tempo; experiment with new infrastructure services; and ensure Kubernetes clusters supporting approximately 400 microservices remain stable and scalable. The role also involves establishing infrastructure standards, CI/CD practices, and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities for small and mid-sized ecommerce businesses across global markets, especially Europe. Conduct discovery, deliver product demonstrations, manage sales cycles through negotiation and close, maintain CRM records, meet revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally. Develop expertise in ecommerce marketing, email, SMS, and SaaS while receiving coaching and occasionally traveling for customer meetings, events, or team gatherings.
