Owns the legal practice, clients, professional judgment, and compliance with legal ethics, while helping build AI-enabled systems, operations, and infrastructure. Requires a New York-admitted lawyer with a strong client book, entrepreneurial mindset, legal expertise, and interest in AI-native practice. The role offers founder equity rather than a salary or partnership track.

Own strategic law-firm accounts from pilot through firm-wide deployment. Consult clients on workflow integration, identify and remove adoption barriers, champion rollouts, and translate lawyer feedback into prioritized product requirements. Partner closely with engineers to explain legal context, identify recurring customer needs, run working sessions, and communicate product capabilities through written materials and webinars. Build trusted-advisor relationships while driving measurable adoption outcomes.
