Lead pricing operations for C&I and residential deals: own intake and resolution of non-standard pricing requests, coordinate Sales/Finance/Legal/Operations, improve pricing infrastructure, capture deal knowledge, and manage a two-person team while providing C&I solar and O&M market expertise.

As a Capacity Planning Manager, you will forecast workloads, analyze data, optimize capacity plans, and collaborate with department leaders to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end accounting for multi-entity US and Australian operations: consolidations, monthly/quarterly/annual close, audit readiness, tax and compliance, controls, and systems. Own external audit, bank covenants, investor reporting, and accounting technology roadmap (NetSuite, automation, AI). Manage and develop a 4-8 person team and partner with cross-functional leaders and the CFO.
