Manage technical performance for a distributed portfolio of commercial solar and energy storage assets. Serve as the primary technical client contact, review service reports, investigate monitoring issues, coordinate field partners, oversee service tickets, support technicians, and collaborate on system retrofits. Own technical aspects of the commercial BESS program, including proposals, scope development, contract review, implementation, SOPs, and QA/QC improvements.

Implement and maintain Java full-stack features, Spring Boot components, bug fixes, tests, and integrations. Contribute to Databricks data pipelines and Python components, write SQL, participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies, debug reliability issues, and improve development processes. Collaborate with senior engineers while developing ownership of well-scoped work and using Claude for coding, refactoring, debugging, and integration testing.

Lead the architecture and evolution of platform reliability, infrastructure, observability, automation, and operational excellence. Design and operate Kubernetes platforms, Terraform and Ansible infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, Grafana-centered observability, and self-healing systems. Establish SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management, and toil reduction. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, roadmap planning, stakeholder communication, project management, and standards for safe use of AI coding and operations assistants.
