Oversees portfolio revenue targets and profitability, mentors junior staff, collaborates across international and agency teams, and supports new business pitches. The role requires creative agency experience, client and team leadership, fluent English, healthcare-sector familiarity, and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform strategy and creative development.
