Own product strategy, roadmap, development, commercialization, launches, and performance for ASC anesthesia solutions. Translate customer, market, and technology insights into products that improve healthcare efficiency, safety, and outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, clinical, sales, marketing, commercial, and operations teams while defining value propositions, pricing, success metrics, and growth opportunities.

Develops and executes scalable digital engagement strategies for independent pharmacies and GPOs/PSAOs. Evaluates customer journeys, utilization, feedback, analytics, purchasing trends, and lifecycle performance to improve digital experiences, satisfaction, loyalty, and growth. Partners with digital marketing, customer success managers, sales, and clients while supporting ecommerce and digital sales strategies. This home-based role requires travel up to 25%.

Executes digital demand-generation programs across social media, email, websites, webinars, events, public relations, and sales enablement. Creates and manages content, coordinates campaigns and stakeholders, supports lead capture and handoff, maintains marketing assets and calendars, and monitors engagement and funnel metrics. The role requires strong writing, organization, project coordination, collaboration, and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms.
