Lead GTM strategy and execution for Omnicell's Hospital Solutions pillar across hardware and software products. Manage two PMM sub-teams, develop positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement, translate field intelligence into competitive programs, and align cross-functionally to drive pipeline, adoption, expansion, and revenue globally.

Provide onsite administration and support for Omnicell pharmacy automation systems in a hospital setting: manage reports, optimize inventory, train users, perform onsite triage and minor repairs, coordinate upgrades, analyze data, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Lead a Growth & Strategic Analytics team to deliver commercial insights—quota modeling, territory planning, pipeline forecasting, installed base and product adoption analytics—integrating CRM and external healthcare data, managing vendors, enabling dashboards, partnering cross-functionally, and communicating insights to executives.
