Analyzes business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities; fulfills reporting requests; maintains and builds Tableau dashboards; writes SQL queries; uses Excel and AI tools for analysis; validates data quality; and communicates actionable insights to stakeholders. The role also documents reporting processes, manages competing priorities, and partners with teams to translate business questions into dashboards and analyses.

Leads the end-to-end engineering organization across application development, data engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps. Drives organizational transformation, Agile maturity, metrics-based execution, platform stability, integrations, vendor governance, and an outcome-focused AI roadmap. Partners with executive, product, and operations leaders to align technology investments with measurable business results while developing high-performing teams and fostering accountability, trust, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Own the website’s marketing and growth strategy, roadmap, conversion rate optimization, performance metrics, analytics instrumentation, and experimentation program. Lead cross-functional prioritization with technology, product, e-commerce, marketing, and agency teams. Drive A/B testing, improve member acquisition and revenue, manage website analytics and MarTech initiatives, and report strategy and performance results to senior leadership.
