Own the company-wide financial model, including five-year planning, scenario analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance reporting, and commission calculations. Partner with Accounting, Sales, RevOps, and department leaders to maintain accurate financial workflows and support strategic decisions involving pricing, hiring, and investment. This remote role requires strong SaaS financial expertise, advanced modeling skills, and independent execution in a scaling startup.

Own the technical side of customer evaluations, partnering with Sales on discovery, demos, and proofs of concept. Build solutions in Omni using prospects’ data, guide customers through trials, support conversion to successful implementations, and relay feedback to Product, Design, and Engineering. The role requires strong SQL, data analytics, business intelligence, modern data stack knowledge, and customer-facing communication skills.

Lead complex technical consulting engagements for enterprise customers across pre-sales, scoping, implementation, and expansion. Serve as the primary technical advisor, design best practices for Omni’s analytics platform, guide AI feature adoption, manage delivery partners and project resources, and oversee customer outcomes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and influence product direction. The role combines technical customer delivery, pre-sales support, and internal ecosystem enablement.
