Supports all hotel Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, associate engagement, HR reporting, compliance, communications, and exit interviews. The manager serves as the HR department lead in the Director’s absence, maintains HR systems and processes, supports visa program compliance, develops community partnerships, and oversees internship and associate experience programs.

Provides administrative and operational support to the hotel’s Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include applicant screening, reference checks, interview scheduling, new-hire paperwork, employee data entry in Dayforce, benefits support, onboarding and offboarding, personnel-file maintenance, calendar management, associate communications, employee events, recognition tracking, and university career-fair coordination.

Leads the hotel's human resources strategy, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, compliance, learning and development, engagement, succession planning, and associate culture. Advises the General Manager and executive team on human capital matters, oversees employment law compliance and investigations, coordinates training and onboarding, manages HR budgets and records, and partners with management to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.
