Manage day-to-day network operations, service desk, and IT infrastructure onsite at Missoula Fire Lab. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software, apply OS updates, perform security scans and audits, monitor performance, notify stakeholders of outages, and maintain account and inventory compliance per USDA ATO.

Design and develop full‑stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot and Angular. Build microservices, REST/SOAP services, accessible UI components, CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and cloud‑native deployments. Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design discussions to improve architecture and delivery.

Design, architect, and optimize enterprise network monitoring solutions. Lead event correlation, topology modeling, root cause analysis, and tool integration (SIEM/SOAR). Improve NOC effectiveness, implement service-aware monitoring and automation, mentor teams, and troubleshoot complex network incidents to produce mission-aligned, actionable intelligence.
