Designs, develops, implements, and enhances AWS Connect and ServiceNow solutions for enterprise processes. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workflow and interface configuration, call routing and messaging design, process documentation, system recommendations, and support for upgrades. The role requires extensive AWS Cloud and Amazon Connect expertise, programming experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and knowledge of IVR, ACD, routing, chat, Lambda, Lex, Kinesis, and related AWS services. This is a fully onsite role requiring eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

Provides senior-level enterprise IT architecture, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and technology strategy advisory services. Designs application, hybrid infrastructure, and multi-cloud solutions; advises executives and government officials; develops roadmaps, white papers, architectural decision records, and executive briefings; resolves complex technical challenges; evaluates IT performance; and mentors cross-functional engineering and project teams.

Provides analytical and consultative support throughout the program and software project lifecycle. Facilitates requirements workshops, translates business needs into user stories, coordinates UAT, monitors testing and defects, evaluates budgets and resources, manages risks, and prepares executive reports. Collaborates with technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders while maintaining requirements traceability, procedures, and user documentation.
