Provide on-site Tier 3 escalation and day-to-day administration for cloud and on‑premises infrastructure. Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, patching, monitoring, VPN/wireless, hardware/software troubleshooting, PowerShell automation, documentation, and ticketed SLA-driven support while assisting cloud engineering and improving enterprise IT operations.

Provide spacecraft navigation and flight dynamics support for 35+ satellites: perform orbit determination and prediction, launch/early orbit support, navigation analyses, tracking network validation, and documentation. Introduce new techniques, troubleshoot anomalies, and work with cross-functional teams; occasional travel and off-hours support required.

Lead DoD-aligned cybersecurity activities including policy development, ATO/ATC documentation (SSP, SCTM, SAR), vulnerability assessments with Nessus/Tenable, incident response per AFI 17-203, RMF continuous monitoring, POA&M management, and coordination of CDS and international mission partner cybersecurity requirements.
