Leads and scales Omilia’s regional or global pre-sales function, managing Solution Consultants and Demo Engineers while driving technical quality and revenue outcomes. Oversees solution architecture, demonstrations, RFPs, technical handoffs, forecasting, enablement, recruiting, and team development. Personally supports strategic enterprise opportunities, executive presentations, and complex integrations involving conversational AI, CCaaS, SaaS platforms, and APIs. Partners with Sales, Product, and Delivery leadership to manage risk, improve methodology, and translate customer insights into roadmap priorities.

Freelance transcribers accurately convert audio content into text across multiple regional language variants. Responsibilities include maintaining grammar, punctuation, formatting, and style-guide compliance; managing workloads and meeting deadlines; and working with transcription software. Candidates must be native or fully fluent in a listed language, have strong listening and attention-to-detail skills, reliable internet, suitable headphones, and a quiet workspace. Applicants must complete a short transcription assessment and sign a freelancer agreement and NDA.

Develop and enhance a live drive-thru Voice AI product through software engineering, AI/LLM prototyping and fine-tuning, conversation analysis, system integrations, and customer requirements gathering. Build, test, deploy, and improve production features while evaluating real dialogs and collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
