The role involves shaping technology development governance, managing stakeholder ecosystems, executing transactions, and maintaining relationships across the tech landscape.

Serve as the organization's chief legal officer advising leadership and Board on nonprofit, tax, governance, compliance, risk, and grantmaking matters. Lead in-house legal team, manage outside counsel, oversee multi-entity and cross-border legal structures, and implement policies, templates, and training to enable mission-aligned, compliant operations.

Support the CEO and Executive Office by managing grants and programmatic activities, coordinating stakeholder engagement, preparing briefings and event logistics, and supporting communications (digital and internal) and content for executive and firmwide communications.
