Provide technical support and training for international customers on OMICRON products by phone, email, and on-site. Document interactions, maintain knowledge base, gather customer feedback, and represent the company at presentations and trade events. Collaborate with international teams and contribute product/application expertise to product development and innovation.

Provides technical and application support for OMICRON high-voltage testing products across China. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing consultation, customer training, technical documentation, product demonstrations, industry engagement, and on-site commissioning and fault analysis. The role supports testing of transformers, instrument transformers, GIS, circuit breakers, cables, rotating machines, and other substation equipment, while collaborating with sales, partners, and international technical teams.

Test cloud and Windows software products in C# and .NET within an agile environment. Create test plans, cases, and data; design and implement automated tests using Playwright, xUnit, and Selenium; integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines; and improve testing infrastructure and tools. The role requires web or cloud development experience, object-oriented programming knowledge, DevOps familiarity, and English fluency.
