Develops marketing campaigns, public relations activities, promotional programs, and charitable activations while supporting retail customers. Manages event resources, budgets, stakeholder relationships, communications materials, feedback programs, and ROI analysis. Collaborates with property, sales, retail, media, and community partners to improve customer experiences and strengthen community engagement.

Leads risk-based internal audit and project assurance engagements across pension operations and technology. Evaluates IT general, application, cybersecurity, and governance controls; assesses transformation and modernization initiatives; identifies deficiencies and risks; validates remediation; prepares audit reports; and advises business and technology stakeholders. The role also advances audit effectiveness through data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled methodologies.
