Designs and executes pension communications across PowerPoint, PDFs, websites, email, newsletters, social media, reports, and educational materials. Ensures consistent brand identity, presents insight-driven concepts, collaborates with internal teams, coordinates deadlines, supports audience engagement, and evaluates emerging design technologies. Requires graphic design training, Adobe expertise, PowerPoint proficiency, and content management system experience.

Provide hands-on coaching, troubleshooting, micro-training, and adoption support for Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude. Help employees use generative AI effectively in daily work, refine prompts, develop practical resources, monitor adoption, gather feedback, and promote responsible use aligned with governance, privacy, and risk-management policies.

Provides corporate, commercial, securities, regulatory, transactional, and governance advice to OMERS business teams. Supports the General Counsel, Corporate Secretariat, legal entity management, board and committee governance, investment approvals, sustainability and ESG compliance, director training, and external counsel oversight. Partners with finance, tax, treasury, risk, investment management, and other stakeholders while managing complex legal initiatives and modernization projects.
