Supports the founders across strategic planning, investor relations, marketing, public relations, project management, and operations. Responsibilities include research, strategy workshops, investor reporting, advisory board preparation, content and press release creation, online channel management, project execution, event organization, office searches, and internal process improvement. The role requires independent ownership, strong organization, adaptability, and interest in AI and hardware.

Own end-to-end hardware development projects from concept through series-production release. Coordinate hardware, software, data science, suppliers, production partners, and Sales Engineering. Manage integration milestones, outsourced work packages, deployments, budgets, risks, quality, and leadership reporting while ensuring customer requirements become delivered systems.

Lead end-to-end development of robotic subsystems from concept to production, design complex electromechanical systems, build and test prototypes, integrate with electronics and software, optimize for manufacturability, and manage suppliers to transition prototypes to scalable production.
