Teams at Omaze

Own Omaze’s end-to-end security posture across cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and employee devices. Build the company-wide security strategy, lead ISO 27001 certification and ISMS implementation, establish GDPR and data protection programs, manage incident response, strengthen endpoint security, oversee security reviews and external vendors, report risks to the board, and develop security awareness programs. The role will also lay the groundwork for a future security team and support IPO readiness and regulatory scrutiny.

Senior individual contributor responsible for shaping technical strategy, driving innovation, leading high-risk technical discovery and prototyping, reducing technical debt, championing testing/observability/CI-CD and cloud-native practices, mentoring senior engineers, and evaluating emerging technologies including AI-assisted engineering to improve platform reliability and developer experience.

Lead visual and UI direction across Omaze's digital products, design strategic high-impact experiences end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Engineering and Brand, mentor designers, ensure pixel-perfect execution, and influence senior leadership using customer insight, experimentation and data.
