Build CI/CD with GitHub Actions, drive observability and on-call practices, enforce cloud security and compliance, optimise costs, and improve developer experience through reliable infrastructure and guardrails.

Manage end-to-end delivery of creative and content projects across teams, build scalable Notion-based workflows, embed AI-enabled processes, coordinate stakeholders and agencies, monitor performance, and continuously improve creative operations.

Lead global Above-the-Line (ATL) media strategy, manage agency partnerships and large media budgets, integrate ATL with performance and brand initiatives, build measurement frameworks (MMM, attribution, incrementality), optimise investment, present insights to leadership, and mentor the marketing team.
