Own and evolve Omaze’s AWS cloud infrastructure, serverless architecture, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive observability, incident response, security, compliance, cost optimization, and developer experience improvements. Review infrastructure code, establish reliable engineering patterns, and collaborate with teams to improve deployment velocity and platform maintainability. The role requires production experience operating AWS systems under pressure and participating in on-call practices.

Lead UK accounting during a 12-month maternity cover, owning US GAAP monthly close, UK statutory reporting, audits, technical accounting, tax compliance, controls, banking, and intercompany accounting. Manage the UK accounting team and outsourced accounts payable function while partnering with global finance leadership. Ensure accurate revenue recognition, charity liabilities, leases, payouts, and group reporting, maintaining continuity and strengthening processes in a high-growth, multi-entity business.

Lead the development and launch of a new consumer proposition, including customer insight, positioning, go-to-market strategy, integrated campaigns, acquisition and retention, creative direction, experimentation, and performance measurement. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Analytics, CRM, PR, and Performance Marketing teams. Establish repeatable campaign processes and use brand and commercial data to drive sustainable growth.
