Omaze Benefits Overview

Build and deploy predictive models for churn, conversion, customer lifetime value, segmentation, propensity, and uplift modeling. Lead experimentation methodology, including A/B test design, power analysis, sequential testing, and statistical inference. Partner with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Engineering, and Data Engineering to turn business questions into production-ready analytical solutions. Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders while improving code quality, documentation, and reproducibility.

Own UK cost centre reporting, UK non-headcount OPEX forecasting, and Group headcount forecasting. Partner with central function leaders and C-level stakeholders, ensure data integrity between the GL and internal models, support financial modelling, and improve reporting through dashboards, automated board packs, and monthly insights. The role also involves finance business partnering, Netsuite Planning & Budgeting, AI tools, and contributing to the evolving finance function.

Own and evolve Omaze’s AWS cloud infrastructure, serverless architecture, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD pipelines. Drive observability, incident response, security, compliance, cost optimization, and developer experience improvements. Review infrastructure code, establish reliable engineering patterns, and collaborate with teams to improve deployment velocity and platform maintainability. The role requires production experience operating AWS systems under pressure and participating in on-call practices.
