Build and maintain Playwright and TypeScript automation across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing. Develop REST API coverage for .NET services, create test harnesses for external CRM connectors, improve CI stability, implement repeatable test data strategies, collaborate on contract testing, apply AI-assisted quality workflows, and help architect performance-testing solutions.

Own strategic enterprise customer accounts, driving retention, expansion, adoption, and long-term value. Lead escalations, renewal forecasting, account planning, NPS and health reporting, cross-functional initiatives, and upselling strategies. Build executive relationships, influence internal priorities, mentor junior CSMs, develop team playbooks, and support complex implementations. Serve as a subject-matter expert on Omatic solutions and nonprofit fundraising technology.

Own Salesforce data quality, governance, territory modeling, sales process adoption, and reporting. Administer prospecting and sales engagement tools, build reusable outbound infrastructure, and support enablement and onboarding with accurate systems, templates, and performance data. Develop dashboards covering pipeline, coverage, velocity, and territory performance, while partnering with sales leadership, marketing, enablement, finance, and Salesforce architecture to improve productivity and forecast reliability.
