Teams at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium

Provide daily care, training, enrichment, and husbandry for great apes; maintain records, assist with veterinary care, support exhibit and plant maintenance, conduct public presentations, and follow safety and welfare protocols.

Provide daily husbandry, behavioral management, training, and enrichment for great apes and other mammals; mentor and train staff/interns; support department operations, facility maintenance, animal welfare protocols, public presentations, and emergency coverage while ensuring compliance with AZA and USDA/APHIS standards.

Provide direct supervision and facilitation of STEM-centered activities for children ages 5–12. Follow planned lessons, support cultural diversity, prepare and clean up activities and meals, and assist the Afterschool Site Coordinator. Must engage youth in hands-on experiments, games, crafts, and ensure safety and program implementation.
