Teams at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium

Assists with afterschool programs for children ages five to twelve by following STEM-focused lessons, facilitating experiments, games, crafts, and other activities, and supporting meal preparation and cleanup. The role promotes youth development, cultural diversity, and inclusive programming while working with children and adults in varied settings.

Supports the Afterschool Site Coordinator by facilitating academic, enrichment, STEM, and youth development programs for children ages five to twelve. Responsibilities include supervising youth, staff, and volunteers; maintaining safe facilities; planning and evaluating activities; building relationships with parents and community partners; resolving conflicts; coordinating staff communication; and supporting surveys, public relations, and off-site visits.

Provide administrative and execution support for marketing and communications projects across digital, social, email, web, and traditional channels. Assist with content publishing, asset management, reporting (GA4, social analytics), project coordination, vendor/admin tasks, and event/on-site support to enable timely campaign delivery and team operations.
