Teams at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium

Leads daily membership operations, coordinates staff workflow, supports member service, and ensures accurate transactions and records. Provides work direction, training, coaching, scheduling support, quality control, and routine issue resolution. Uses membership databases and point-of-sale systems to process purchases, renewals, corrections, and reports. Supports membership promotions, events, volunteer-based membership drives, communications, audits, and program logistics across zoo locations.
