Coordinate and optimize the egg donor program by screening and supporting donors, managing applications and consents, coordinating testing and appointments, maintaining the donor database and online platform, ensuring regulatory compliance (FDA HCT/Ps, ASRM), and collaborating with clinical, agency, and management teams while maintaining confidentiality.

Drive awareness and referrals for Oma Fertility through in-person outreach to physicians, community partners, and events. Build territory plans, qualify and manage referral sources, coordinate educational/provider events, maintain CRM and reporting, track performance, and travel (~50%) across assigned markets to generate new patient visits.

Manage and support a team of Care Advocates to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally to map customer journeys, identify process gaps, implement scalable systems, and continuously improve Customer Success operations.
