Maintains cleanliness throughout hotel public areas, including corridors, lobby, elevators, restrooms, walkways, windows, floors, carpets, and other shared spaces. Responsibilities include trash removal, vacuuming, polishing, spot cleaning, replenishing supplies, and light maintenance. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, along with lifting, reaching, bending, stretching, and handling.

Supervises hotel front-desk operations, supporting the Guest Service Manager while ensuring efficient check-in and checkout, guest satisfaction, profitability, security, and service quality. Delegates work, trains staff, manages messages and packages, monitors room status and key control, answers guest inquiries, supports emergency procedures, and performs Guest Services Agent duties. Requires strong customer service, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and composure under pressure.

Plan, coordinate, and execute hotel activations, entertainment programming, and events. Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, marketing support, community outreach, and administrative tasks while collaborating with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and F&B to drive guest engagement and revenue.
