OLR Benefits Overview

The QA Analyst plans and executes manual and automated testing for Oracle Retail and Jumpmind POS and e-commerce applications. Responsibilities include functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and end-to-end testing; defect tracking in Jira; SQL-based test-data validation; test planning; quality reporting; release readiness assessment; and collaboration with developers, product managers, and business teams in Agile environments.

Executes manual and automated tests for functionality, performance, and usability within agile sprints. Supports test planning, defect identification and tracking, requirements clarification, and test coverage. Collaborates with developers and product teams, participates in agile ceremonies, improves QA practices, and learns automation tools under senior guidance.

Provides technical consulting for Oracle Retail implementations, including requirements analysis, application development, systems integration, data conversion, testing, interface design, go-live readiness, issue resolution, production support, and knowledge transfer. The role coordinates project activities, collaborates with clients and vendors, maintains development standards, and supports successful handoff to production support teams.
