Lead cross-functional teams through new product commercialization and portfolio optimization. Create integrated project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, product changes, stage-gate decisions, retailer communications, and bill of materials setup. Conduct launch scenario analysis and coordinate Product Development, Operations, Creative, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with strategy.

Provides analytical and executional support for Wellbeing Collective brands at Target. Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, analyzing sales and syndicated data, monitoring competitors, managing item launches and inventory, updating financials and promotions, evaluating promotional performance, supporting displays and planograms, and growing digital sales. The role collaborates with internal and external partners and reports insights to sales leadership.
