Manage a portfolio of 175–200 small business clients as their main contact, provide phone-based support (up to 30 outbound calls/day), monitor engagement, conduct monthly check-ins, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and drive client retention through tailored strategies and industry insights.

Manage recruiting operations: post jobs, upload resumes into Ashby ATS, coordinate interviews across calendars/time zones, communicate with candidates, maintain ATS records and workflows, support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative recruiting tasks.

Lead and coach a 10–12 person outbound SMB sales team onsite in Austin. Maintain on-floor presence, run daily rhythms, conduct live and recorded call coaching, manage performance metrics (dials, talk time, show/close rates), own forecasting, support recruiting and ramp, and enforce accountability and culture.
