Lead and coach a 10–12 person outbound SMB sales team onsite in Austin. Maintain on-floor presence, run daily rhythms, conduct live and recorded call coaching, manage performance metrics (dials, talk time, show/close rates), own forecasting, support recruiting and ramp, and enforce accountability and culture.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, translate strategy into actionable user stories and requirements, partner with engineering and design to drive delivery, support launch readiness and post-launch learning, and improve processes for backlog health, prioritization, and cross‑functional execution.
