Leads day-to-day venue and event operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, budgeting, cost controls, payroll, inventory, guest experience, floor management, health and safety, facility standards, and vendor relationships. The role also supports sales tracking, marketing initiatives, recruitment, performance management, and continuous improvement while ensuring events are efficiently and accurately delivered.

Supports daily nightclub and restaurant operations by leading floor service, managing opening and closing procedures, assisting guests and staff, training new employees, coordinating sections and assignments, handling cash procedures, maintaining service standards, and communicating operational concerns to management.
