As a Content Creator for Dove, you will develop, produce, and publish social-first content while engaging with audience trends and managing community interactions, ensuring authentic brand messaging across platforms.

Own day-to-day client relationships and lead a team of four to deliver retail and channel marketing from brief to delivery. Manage briefs, timelines, proofing, supplier coordination, budgets, resourcing, and freelancers. Mentor and develop the team, identify value-add opportunities, and design/operate AI-assisted workflows while ensuring quality, brand alignment, and client confidence.

Create on-brand campaign assets across digital, social, print, web, event channels and PowerPoint. Translate briefs into polished multi-format deliverables, collaborate with creative leads, manage workload, incorporate feedback, present design rationale, and use generative AI tools to explore and accelerate production.
