Manages warehouse storage, inventory, material pickup, disposal, stock readiness, and SOP compliance. Trains and mentors employees, develops technical training, improves processes, schedules work, and supports project requirements. Ensures safety, quality control, customer service, and efficient resource utilization. The role requires warehouse equipment operation, physical material handling, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for government background screening or Secret clearance.

Supports project managers across commercial and federal construction projects. Responsibilities include assisting with bids, coordinating vendors and resources, maintaining project documentation, producing submittals and logs, updating schedules, performing quality assurance, purchasing and shipping materials, and preparing close-out documentation. The role also participates in lessons learned and performance reviews while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Manages multiple construction projects from proposal through completion, overseeing schedules, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, government documentation, contract modifications, reporting, invoicing, cost control, and workforce coordination. The role supervises project workflow, labor selection, site superintendents, and contract deliverables while ensuring compliance with the FAR, budget, schedule, and customer requirements.
