Manages multiple facilities construction, maintenance, repair, and minor design-build projects from scoping through closeout. Responsibilities include estimating, proposal and subcontractor management, scheduling, field coordination, submittal and drawing review, construction compliance, safety participation, and project documentation. The role may supervise professional, technical, clerical, and labor staff and requires coordination with clients, subcontractors, project managers, and superintendents.

Leads five deployable inventory support teams serving DLA Distribution operations and financial audit readiness. Manages staffing, workload planning, warehouse and WMS activities, mock audits, remediation, quality, reporting, training, system access, and contract deliverables. Coordinates CONUS and OCONUS deployments, government meetings, operational issue resolution, and mission execution while maintaining safety, accountability, and deployment readiness.

Analyzes supply, inventory, warehouse, and logistics data to identify systemic issues, resolve operational problems, support WMS functions, improve inventory accuracy, and assist with audits. The role coordinates with functional users, performs workload analysis and reporting, and deploys to DLA Distribution Centers for inventory and audit-support missions. It requires at least three years of WMS experience, government system access, U.S. citizenship, an active passport, and Secret clearance eligibility or possession.
