Provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support for daily worksite operations. Duties include front-desk coverage, call handling, document preparation, correspondence, filing, meeting and event coordination, agenda and minutes preparation, reporting, metrics assessment, document management, and project support. Assist in the development of construction documents and conduct fieldwork to document existing conditions. Engage in client interactions and collaborate with project teams.

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of complex mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Manage multidisciplinary projects from conception through completion, conduct field inspections, review construction submittals, coordinate contractors, resolve technical challenges, manage project risks and budgets, and maintain client relationships. Mentor junior engineers, support staffing and training, contribute to proposals and business development, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
