Supports emergency material distribution and warehouse operations on Guam. Reviews and processes requisitions, locates and stages inventory, fulfills shipments, maintains audit records, provides shipment status updates, coordinates inspections and warehouse visits, and responds to customer requests within defined timeframes. Uses government warehouse systems, scanning equipment, forklifts, and material-handling equipment while following DLA procedures and priorities.

Assist in the development of construction documents and conduct fieldwork to document existing conditions. Engage in client interactions and collaborate with project teams.

Manages quality program planning and evaluation, analyzes systems and data, establishes control procedures, validates processes, uses government data systems, and audits readiness controls. The role requires applying DLA SOPs, Corrective Action Plans, DSS, MIL-STD-129, ISO 9000, and material-handling quality procedures. It also involves identifying and resolving quality issues, providing technical guidance, and supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced office environment with occasional domestic and international travel.
