Provide technical architecture and roadmap direction, implement DevOps/CI-CD practices, manage releases and production support, ensure security and governance, collaborate across teams, drive incident resolution and operational resilience, and mentor engineers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year business and technology transformation programs. Develop roadmaps, governance, and implementation plans; manage budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholders; drive organizational readiness, change management, benefits realization, and establish delivery practices to sustain future transformation capability.
