Intern will work with senior management to transform business processes using AI, automation, and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include documenting and redesigning processes, identifying automation opportunities, building AI-enabled prototypes and tools, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and supporting organizational adoption. The role offers exposure to fintech, trade finance, business transformation, and future-of-work initiatives.

Leads a full-stack engineering team building client onboarding and transaction workflows for trade finance products. Partners with product and business teams, owns frontend, backend, testing, scalability, and production stability, and establishes AI-native development workflows with automated testing, security, compliance gates, and CI/CD improvements. Mentors engineers, promotes agile DevOps practices, and resolves technical debt and delivery bottlenecks.

Originate and grow corporate clients for supply chain finance and receivables finance programs across India. Manage senior client relationships, strategic partnerships, trade-body alliances, and end-to-end deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, documentation, technology setup, investment theses, and investor distribution. Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, technology, operations, and product teams while meeting sales, client acquisition, throughput, and revenue targets.
