Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, write SQL to retrieve and validate data, support Microsoft Fabric datasets and semantic models, investigate data quality issues, gather requirements, document solutions, and assist BI projects across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, sales, and distribution teams.

Lead the division's sales, DSD operations, and personnel (sales, office, warehouse) to meet P&L and budget targets. Coordinate marketing, distribution, Independent Operator relationships, compliance, staffing, training, and reporting. Reduce out-of-stocks and optimize distribution flow and shuttle/route efficiency.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with store managers, drivers, and district managers; prospect and close new business; service accounts through regular in-person visits, merchandising, inventory checks, and promotional activity; communicate sales activity to management and follow company safety and operational procedures.
