Senior Staff Accountant responsible for monthly financial close, general ledger accounting, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, reconciliations, fixed assets, payroll accruals, financial analysis, budgeting support, audit schedules, and process improvements. The role requires extensive manufacturing accounting experience, proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Excel, strong analytical skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. This is an onsite position in Norcross, Georgia.

Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, accident investigations, OSHA compliance reporting, and safety training. Develop and enforce procedures addressing chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic, and emergency risks. Investigate incidents, recommend corrective measures, maintain OSHA forms, verify employee adherence to safety protocols, and advise management on workplace health and safety.
