Manage and grow assigned retail routes by building relationships with store managers, drivers, and customers. Perform weekly store visits, prospecting, merchandising, inventory checks, and training coordination. Negotiate space/ads, report sales activities to management, ensure route and truck compliance, follow safety procedures, and support new account openings and store events.

Support management and growth of East Coast retail accounts by assisting sales planning and execution, reporting, promotional planning, customer presentations, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination. Build account knowledge and support senior account leaders.

Drive sales growth across assigned territory by building relationships with store managers, drivers, and decision makers; prospect and acquire new business; execute selling plans; service stores regularly, manage inventory and routes, ensure safety and equipment upkeep, and report weekly to management.
