Oversee all day-to-day property operations including financial management, leasing, maintenance, staff supervision, resident retention, safety and regulatory compliance. Ensure occupancy, vendor relations, accurate records, timely rent collection, and implement resident programs while meeting company policies and certifications (Fair Housing, OSHA).

Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO/CIO: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, draft and proofread documents, handle confidential financial and legal filings, support Board meetings, perform clerical duties, transcribe minutes, coordinate household/vendor tasks, and assist with special projects while maintaining strict discretion.
