It requires collaboration across multiple locations, executive reporting, and accurate, timely completion of accounting responsibilities in a hybrid Dallas office environment.

The Senior FP&A Analyst partners with manufacturing operations leadership to lead forecasting, annual planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting. The role analyzes supply chain, inventory, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing metrics to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include developing dashboards, KPIs, scenario models, profitability analyses, and executive reporting while providing data-driven recommendations across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Pricing, and Finance.

Processes customer sales orders, verifies contracted costs, prepares manufacturing and purchasing documentation, coordinates order issues with project management and customers, solicits material quotes, creates technical CAD drawings, and maintains accurate finance-related records. The role requires technical drawing interpretation, CAD and Microsoft Office skills, strong math and keyboarding abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
