Leads process engineering, operational excellence, and quality functions at a manufacturing facility. Builds continuous improvement and quality systems, oversees processes across extrusion, anodizing, fabrication, and finishing, develops engineering and technician teams, strengthens supplier and customer quality, applies TPS principles, and drives zero-defect outbound performance through shop-floor engagement and cross-functional problem solving.

Leads the Operational Excellence system across a manufacturing site, driving safety, quality, waste reduction, process improvement, and equipment performance. Develops OpEx strategies, coaches teams, leads kaizen and production improvement projects, and oversees quality initiatives and metrics. Requires strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, quality systems, and Lean tools, with the ability to build collaboration and organizational buy-in.

The Pricing Manager develops and governs pricing strategies across product categories to improve profitable growth, price realization, and margins. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, customer pricing, discounts, profitability, and competitive activity; managing pricing governance and approvals; creating dashboards and recommendations; supporting ERP and pricing technology initiatives; and partnering with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Operations, IT, and Customer Service.
